PROKITA (Program Kinerja Kita) is a large-scale cost saving and productivity improvement program involving three different factories under Unilab affiliations: PT Medifarma Laboratories, PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk Citeureup and PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk Gunung Putri Plant.
